Guest Sign-In

Farmington members are required to register their guests by clicking the link below and completing the Guest Sign-In Google Form prior to arrival. The guest fee is $5 per guest, per visit and will be billed to the member’s account once the form has been submitted. Guests are limited to four visits per season and must follow all club rules and policies.

Guest Policy

All guests must be signed in using the Guest Sign-In Google Form. It is each member’s responsibility to sign in their pool and tennis guests. Lifeguards will be available at a table near the entrance of the pool to assist with guest sign-in.

Guest Limits: No member family may have more than 9 guests at one time unless prior arrangements have been made with the Pool Manager for a party. Additionally, no one may be a guest of the club more than 4 times per year.

Guest Fees: The guest fee is $5 per person, per day for use of all club facilities, including tennis courts, swimming pool, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and general club areas. The fee applies to all guests, regardless of where they live. Member families are responsible for guest fees, no matter which family member signs in the guest.

Exceptions:
- Paid caregivers are exempt from the guest fee.
- Guest caregivers visiting solely to supervise children, and not accompanied by an adult member, are also exempt.
