​Guest Check-In

• All guests must be checked in by the sponsoring member at the lifeguard table upon arrival.

• Lifeguards will register guests using the Club Automation app on the iPads located at the pool entrance.

• Guest fees will be charged directly to the sponsoring member's Club Automation account.​

 

Guest Policy​

• Guest Limits: No member family may have more than 9 guests at one time unless prior arrangements have been made with the Pool Manager for a party.  Additionally, no one may be a guest of the club more than 4 times per year.

• Guest Fees: The guest fee is $5 per person, per day for use of all club facilities, including tennis courts, swimming pool, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and general club areas. The fee applies to all guests, regardless of where they live. Member families are responsible for guest fees, no matter which family member signs in the guest.

• Exceptions:

  • Paid caregivers are exempt from the guest fee.

  • Guest caregivers visiting solely to supervise children, and not accompanied by an adult member, are also exempt.
