Member Pool Parties
Members may host private pool parties at Farmington, making it easy to celebrate birthdays, milestones, and summer get-togethers with family and friends. Our pool provides a fun, relaxed setting where kids can play, adults can unwind, and memories are made all season long.

Pool Party Guidelines
We’re happy to host pool parties at FBTC and appreciate your help in ensuring a fun and safe experience for everyone. If you’d like to reserve a date, please contact Club Manager Jamie Klotz at (847) 276-7896. We kindly ask that you review all party guidelines prior to your event.
What Counts as a Party
-
A party is defined as a gathering of 10 or more guests, including FBTC members and non-members.

Planning Ahead
-
Please contact Pool Manager Jamie Klotz in advance so the pool can be appropriately staffed and to confirm that your event does not conflict with scheduled club activities.

Scheduling & Approval
-
To keep club operations running smoothly, parties may not be scheduled during club-sponsored events such as swim meets, tennis leagues, picnics, or family volleyball.
-
All parties are subject to approval by Pool Manager Jamie Klotz.

Guests & Facility Use
-
Guest fees are $5 per non-member guest.
-
FBTC facilities remain shared spaces and may not be reserved for exclusive use.
-
All areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
Anyone who is not an FBTC member is considered a guest, whether they are swimming or using other club amenities.
-
Picnic areas, basketball courts, tennis courts, and all other amenities are part of FBTC facilities.

Payments
-
To ensure accurate billing, members are required to complete the Google guest form. Guest fees will then be billed through the member portal.

Timing
-
Parties should conclude by 8:30 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Club Manager.

Respecting Our Community
-
To ensure fairness for all members, unregistered parties may result in non-member guest privileges being revoked for the day at the Club Manager’s discretion.
-
Hosting families are responsible for cleanup
-
Any damage to club property will be the responsibility of the hosting family.
-
All guests are expected to follow FBTC rules during their visit.

A Friendly Reminder
-
FBTC facilities are always shared so that everyone can enjoy them—private parties may not have exclusive use of club spaces.
