Farmington is a member-run club. Our member-run culture creates a welcoming atmosphere where families get to know one another, build lasting friendships, and work together to help the club thrive. Unlike many private clubs, Farmington relies on volunteers to serve on the Board of Directors, organize events, captain leagues, maintain committees, and help shape the future of the club. These members receive no compensation or incentives for their service. They volunteer because they care deeply about preserving the welcoming, family-oriented environment that has made Farmington special for generations. The fact that Farmington has thrived for nearly 50 years is a testament to the dedication of members who have invested their time, talents, and energy to ensure the club remains a place where families can connect and create lasting memories.
